This was our first visit to a Biscuit Express, and I was craving a Biscuit with sausage. I should mention that we went through about 25 minutes before their closing time, and as a result, they were out of sausage. I decided to order a biscuit with Bacon, egg and cheese instead, and my hubby got a cheeseburger. His cheeseburger was good...it was hot and a decent size for his large appetite.
