Cold food, took 40 minutes to get the food, they were not empathetic or concerned with my concern and had no compassion towards us to making it right but had no problem taking the money and the nice hefty tip I left. Coffee was not made right either. Hash browns are frozen and warmed up nothing special same as McDonald’s sandwich would have been amazing if it wasn’t cold I bet. Such a joyful place. Wonderful spot to enjoy some fresh biscuits and great espresso!! Beautiful spot and will definitely return. Such an incredible and unique local spot! Very minor suggestion for the staff: music gets interrupted by use of siri as a baking timer, perhaps devise an alternative system as it disrupts the otherwise stellar vibe just a bit <3 High key can’t wait to come back!!
They were great and so kind. It's a very calm and open area which is nice for studying or just talking with friends. The food was great and easy to share with my family when I was hungry, but not needing too much food
Ordered a drip coffee got a latte instead. How that happens I don’t know. Was wondering why it costed 6.50. Guess I should’ve asked?
