I was at Biscotti's Saturday, June 18 at 6:15 pm. The employee working at that time was horrible. I was almost going to walk out. She was rubbing her ear then touching cookies she was putting on the scale. I guess gloves aren't used there. Also had no personality and did not have any customer services skills.
