I ordered 2 parts for a boat latch. The parts did not fit, so I returned the parts. Weeks later still with no refund I receive and email I did not return everything. 2 small bolts is what I was told was missing. I asked twice for Bisco to return what was ordered. Instead they refund me half the money for missing 2, 1 inch or smaller bolts. Very bad customer service. Instead of simply returning the parts they get to keep them and the money.
