Really terrible experience. He came so highly recommended we were disappointed by the poor quality and lack of craftsmanship. We had estimates for lower prices but went with Joe thinking the end result would be worth it. What a mistake! We had two floors in our home done. The first floor included removing carpet, installing brand new floors, and refinishing the existing to match. The bottom floor was installing simple vinyl plank.
