Hire them at your own risk. Our condo association hired this company to do the 40-year recertification. During the construction/restoration of the exterior wall, they somehow dislodged and broke a 1/2in thick marble windowsill in half and separating it from the wall. It looks like too much pressure was used against the wall, causing the windowsill to warp to a breaking point, separating the entire windowsill from the wall, or worse, exposing some structural or foundation issue, causing that wall to sink and separate at that ... read more

DISAPPOINTED RESIDENT 😞 HILLCREST BUILDING 9 HOLLYWOOD FL. Last year, the board of directors of my condominium hired this company to perform structural restoration and painting. Initially, Gigi is very kind and promises heaven and earth but once they get paid in full, just leave and get lost, leaving details and finishing undone. Very unprofessional. Very sloopy job, the BOD got ripped off, are some of the comments I have heard from some of my neighbors. Detailing poorly done. Don't recommend this company AT ALL.

Painting job poorly done. I wouldn't recommend this company for painting. They were hired last year to do the structural restoration and painting our 40 units condominium and paint is already peeling. Finished job VERY UNSATISFACTORY. They don't honor warranty, promise to fix things but never come.
