Overcharged for services not received – Dishonest staff I am extremely disappointed with my visit to this salon and the work of the technician named Jade .I came in specifically for a full set with extensions. I stated my request clearly at the beginning, showed the desired length with my hands, and even asked twice during the process when she would start adding the length. Jade told me it would be more expensive and verified the price with another technician ($83 instead of the usual $55). I explicitly agreed to that price.... read more
