I can’t complain I actually had a really nice apartment I was there for five years only problem I had is when I got ready to move and was talking to a few people around me and I told them I had been there five years and how much I was paying which was 1,984 or five and they told me after three years of them being there their rent had dropped $300 that was kind of disappointing to hear because I definitely didn’t get the memo in the beginning or the end so for that I gave them a 3 . I just want to give a huge shoutout to the maintenance team at my apartment Conner, Sam, and Denis are amazing! Every time I submit a maintenance request, they respond quickly and always go above and beyond to make sure the issue is resolved. They’re professional, friendly, and truly care about the comfort and safety of the residents. It’s such a relief knowing I can count on them anytime something comes up. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication!
Great and awesome community friendly peaceful residents and an amazingly great and super helpful staff that goes above and beyond costumer service and more maintenance especially dennis very helpful and attentive when i ask for any help and especially the office staff always smiles and ready too assist thank you all for your services and more and a community I do highly recommend myself personally
Denis, Sam and Connor are just sweethearts. Anytime, I have had a maintenance issue with anything, they show up, are very knowledgeable, explain what they are repairing, are super respectful and will always make sure the issue is resolved. From screen doors, burners on my stove, refrigerator issues, yes they do it all! Thank you all for your promptness and unwavering dedication to amazing customer care for all of us here at Biscayne Bay Apartments. You guys all Rock!!
