As a new resident of Az visiting a relative and trying to decide if I was going to move into the property. During my stay i was bothered by the lack of knowledge of the front office staff on pool amenities. They make you check your id at the front desk for a remote that I had to swap out several times just for neither of them to work and give me access to the huge flat screen by the pool cooking and dining area where we were going to watch playoffs and enjoy family time. Management only sees their renters as a statistic for their benefit, they allowed broken glass to stay on the ground for a year which could’ve hurt a child or a small animal, they love to charge you with hidden fees, and it doesn’t help that the women in the office are a bunch of Karens and they pretend to care about you until you claim that they owe you and that you don’t owe them. One of the worst apartments I’ve ever rented from, stay far away from this one.

I've lived at Biscayne Bay for nearly 11 years. Over that span of time the complex has had a few mgmt and staff changes. Some good, some poor. However, currently in the office is Madison Smith and she has been a delight to work with. She's prompt, courteous, efficient, and always willing to help. I am a former Customer Service Supervisor, and Office Manager; if I were still in those positions today, I would have no issue with bringing her onboard. Barbara Butterfield
Modern apartments—clean and with an incredible view. Everything worked wonderfully. A gem in the city! I would rent there again, but I had to leave town.
