Bisbee Realty & Karen Brooks are completely incompetent Avoid at all cost! Karen is the most unorganized, unprofessional, incompetent Realtor / property manager I have ever dealt with. She will frequently bill you twice because she can't keep her paper work straight. When she does credit your bill she applies the payment to the wrong thing because she is so unorganized she can't keep her invoices straight. Since she can't keep her paperwork straight she will send you an invoice 3 months late and change the date on the top to make it look current. Then the invoice will include items that you already paid or have the complete wrong amount because she did not update her records due to her disorganization. She told me once she was 3 months behind in paperwork and it would take her awhile to look through it. When I met with her in person she literally had a huge pile of papers on her messy desk to file. Rosalie is the broker who is complety out of touch with her employees and how incompetent they are. Make sure you keep all of your checks cleared from the bank and all of your receipts to prove to them you already paid what they are billing you for. AVOID AT ALL COST! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH!
