One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Coming in with back, shoulder and neck discomfort, I was in urgent need for a deep tissue massage. Bisa was able to hit all the right spots and with the right deepness. I will definitely be coming back again!

This was my first ever massage, and I’m so glad it was with Bisa. She was warm, professional, and very knowledgeable, especially in lymphatic drainage. She made me feel completely at ease, explained everything clearly, and even shared helpful resources for pain management at home. She’s passionate about her work, and it shows in the care and attention she gives. Highly recommend booking with her.

I had a disappointing experience with the receptionist over the phone, Lisa or something like that. She came across as uninterested and dismissive, cutting me off mid-sentence and rushing through the conversation. Rather than offering help or guidance, her tone felt cold and unwelcoming. A receptionist is often the first point of contact and sets the tone for the whole organisation—unfortunately, this interaction left a very poor impression. Basic courtesy and better communication skills would go a long way.
