Completely unprofessional, rude, and shockingly lazy. Every time I’ve tried to bring up an issue—about the building on 47th street in Lyons, IL he "supposedly manages " - whether it’s a maintenance problem, a safety concern, or just basic questions—they either give an attitude, hang up the phone, or ignore me altogether.
