Very scam-like practices and lying to steal business. I am a receptionist in an office. Just received a call from my office phone from their employee claiming they are our company's printer service provider. She claimed they had a tech in the area that needed to update the sticker on our printer, so we had the correct number to call when we need toner or service done.
