I made my appointment weeks ago. Was told one location, showed up it was closed so I went to the optical center. They called to find out I was actually scheduled at the location on the way other side of town. I knew it would take me at least 15 minutes to get there so I asked if they’d still see me and the receptionist assured me they would. The optometrist was great but all of a sudden I get a finally notice for payment I had never seen a piece of paper from them went into talk to them the lady told my I'm not sure must be the tempts fault after interrupting me several times not letting me finish even a sentence.
