I made my appointment weeks ago. Was told one location, showed up it was closed so I went to the optical center. They called to find out I was actually scheduled at the location on the way other side of town. I knew it would take me at least 15 minutes to get there so I asked if they’d still see me and the receptionist assured me they would. I got there to be told by the doctor who is also the owner that he’d try to get me in but couldn’t promise because he only had 20 minutes for lunch. Worst experience I have ever had at the south location was today. My 10 year old wanted to try out contacts. They had him read the "proper" way to do it and then went against what the paper said. The lady helping him was rude for one, touching his contact, and letting him drop it on their dirty counter and not having him clean it before trying to reapply. She closed the door and when i went in, tried telling me to get out of the room which will never happen because I was trying to show him the proper way just like the paper ... read more

They had issues with their online booking so I showed up only to be told I didn’t have an appointment- luckily the Dr who was there (I dont know his name- he looks like Coach Beard from Ted Lasso) said he would see me anyways!! My eye troubles ended up being a non issue- and he was super nice on top of everything. Thank-you!
