Lied to me and my wife straight to our faces about our roof telling us it was 5 years or newer while it was covered in moss I was very suspicious of it being old and possibly needing replaced and was never going sign anything on our house if it was older than 10 years old this was confirmed when the day after we moved in I asked our next door neighbor who has been in the neighborhood since 2006 he said no way that roof hasn’t been replaced in 16 years he also missed little essential things that are comfortable for daily life... read more
Randy is an EXCELLENT home inspector. He saved us! We used him for 3 homes (last one being the one) and he helped us identify some big problems with the first homes, saving us from a home buyer regret situation. If you’re looking for a home inspector, look no further. He’s thorough, detail oriented, patient reviewing all the findings with you and he provides you the results quickly. I will only use Randy if I have the need to get a home inspection again in the future.

You don’t know what you are getting sometimes when you just google a service ! However. I was so pleasantly surprised when I met up with Randy. We met at the property when his inspection was complete. He went through everything with me and showed me around as to where the places he had noted as deficiencies were and explained each- even added some good advice on repairs .
