Randy is an EXCELLENT home inspector. He saved us! We used him for 3 homes (last one being the one) and he helped us identify some big problems with the first homes, saving us from a home buyer regret situation. If you’re looking for a home inspector, look no further. He’s thorough, detail oriented, patient reviewing all the findings with you and he provides you the results quickly. I will only use Randy if I have the need to get a home inspection again in the future.

You don’t know what you are getting sometimes when you just google a service ! However. I was so pleasantly surprised when I met up with Randy. We met at the property when his inspection was complete. He went through everything with me and showed me around as to where the places he had noted as deficiencies were and explained each- even added some good advice on repairs . Called him later for couple questions and he referred me to his very detailed report plus explained to me what i needed to know and was very nice about it ... read more
