Extremely disappointing meal! We have regularly been ordering from Biryani Xprs for several years now. And they used to consistently serve fresh, good tasting meals. But the latest meal that we had ordered from them was beyond disappointing. We had ordered a goat saag, goat biryani and plain naan, with a request for mild spices. The goat saag tasted OK but was lacking in flavors. It was mild as requested. A few of the naan pieces were raw and undercooked but tasted fine otherwise. I ordered Roti with Malai soya chaap. Before calling it malai soya chaap I think they should visit Biryani Max or Flavors of India and reconsider. There was telugu guy his service and response was good but the taste and value for money is not at all worth.
