I’ve been really happy with my experience here! The office is always warm and welcoming, and the entire team is gentle, professional, and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain what they’re doing and make sure you feel comfortable throughout your visit. I especially appreciate their honesty.

I would not recommend Dr. Jones’s office based on my experience with the office staff and the way they handle communication, billing, and insurance. The communication from this office is terrible. The person who answers the phone often seems distracted and is dealing with personal matters while answering calls. There are frequently side conversations happening in the background, and the entire experience comes across as extremely unprofessional and disorganized.
