Our entire family loves BirthCo,! They have helped us through many phases: pregnancy, postpartum, newborn adjustments, toddler adjustments, and general family adjustments. Our daughter loves visiting the offices and asks us specifically to make appointments with Dr Bridget. We are so glad we found them!

Where do I even start?! This place is amazing. This was my third pregnancy in four years and I needed a village. This place delivered! From massages to cupping to pelvic floor/rehab, I had all of the support I needed for prenatal AND postpartum care. This pregnancy was by far the hardest on my body but because of Jess I was able to bounce back both inside and out! Shoutout, she's been such a rockstar and I keep coming back because of the results I have seen and felt on her rehab program!

Love Birth Co.! I have been with them for a little over a year doing chiropractic, massage and physical therapy. After completing the Deafeat Diastisis program I can notice a major difference in healing time. After 7 babies this is the fastest my abs have come back together and I'm only 4.5 mo. postpartum. I am super impressed with the results I got from their disectis recti program. It helped me heal my gap and start to feel like myself again. Bridget, Jess and Katherine are all amazing to work with. I was a little skeptical at first about being able to heal my gap since I had had a c section but didn't take long before I started to feel stronger in my core again. So glad I found Birthco, it has been the greatest postpartum resource and would highly recommend :)

I have struggled with core, mind body connection since my last baby 4 1/2 years ago. In my first session Jess pinpointed my imbalances and weaknesses and helped me regain control of my body. Dr Bridget followed it up with a gentle yet effective adjustment that left me feeling aligned and relaxed. Cannot recommend these ladies and this business model more!
