I am super impressed with the results I got from their disectis recti program. It helped me heal my gap and start to feel like myself again. Bridget, Jess and Katherine are all amazing to work with. I was a little skeptical at first about being able to heal my gap since I had had a c section but didn't take long before I started to feel stronger in my core again. So glad I found Birthco, it has been the greatest postpartum resource and would highly recommend :)

What Dr. Melot and the team have built as far as the atmosphere, and culture here is exactly what we were looking for. Obsessed with Dr. Katherine and her team. They’ve supported me pre-pregnancy and during thru chiro care and pre-natal massages. I started to get some pelvic pain and for me, her adjustments are my top solution. So happy I don’t have to just live with that pain until post birth. And all my friends I’ve referred for her diastasis program have been super happy with the results too. I gift massages here for baby showers for my closest friends too as a present for mama instead 🤗
