Birth Roots puts on such a fabulous birth class, you will not be disappointed no matter which course you end up taking or group that you join. We opted for the condensed 2-day Birth Prep course due to our schedules and it was the perfect pace and amount of time to go over the most important things we needed to cover (although I bet the 4 week class is just a blast to take). We’ve taken one class series at Birth Roots so far and are eager for our next one before our baby is born! Birth Roots is an inclusive, safe space to learn and ask questions about topics that can sometimes feel daunting and overwhelming. The staff are delightful and friendly, we can’t recommend Birth Roots enough!
I can't recommend the classes through Birth Roots enough. It has been a wonderful addition to our parenting journey and has helped immensely as first time parents. From the preparing classes to Buds, we have developed wonderful friendships and learned so much to help raise our baby.
