My Husband and I learned so much from Michelle. We are so grateful our midwives recommend her course! We are feeling a lot more prepared for birth.
For our first we did the crash course. After birth, for our second I knew I wanted something different. Both my husband and I had a great trust with Michelle. We needed a doula in the delivery room for our second. I wanted help and support to not lose my voice. Have a face I knew, and that knew me in delivery if my OB was not there. Michelle was an absolute essential resource on our journey to meeting our daughter. I stumbled upon her name by a recommendation from a friend, and am so lucky that I did. She provided guidance and resources for everything peripartum, was a consistently accessible ear for our questions, and was a calming support during my birth. I would not have had such a calm labour, and I would not have been able to go medication-free, without her. Thank you Michelle for everything 🙏!
Our 5-week hypnobirthing class with Michelle was so meaningful to us! Not only do I feel super informed about the technical, ooey gooey and fascinating parts of pregnancy and birth; I also feel calmer in my heart about the whole process! Michelle delivers her classes with expertise AND humour (which makes it super fun)! Can't recommend this class enough.
