RecommendedFrom the very first appointment throughout my pregnancy journey, the midwives at the birth center made me feel welcome, listened too and empowered. They answered all of our questions with In depth knowledge and patience (we are the couple who asks so many questions). There is always a sense of calmness and readiness when we walk through the door.
I have had the most incredible experience so far with Birth Center Stone Oak! All of the midwives are absolutely amazing, informative and supportive! The atmosphere during each visit is incredibly calm and they make sure to answer any questions and concerns I have. This has been such a different experience then I had with my first and I am so excited to deliver with them in a few short weeks!
I have been to Joi and team for 2 of my babies. I felt supported by the midwives during my entire pregnancy and postpartum period. They even went to the hospital with me after I was unable to labor any farther. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for REAL support from a birth team and not feel like another patient.
Birth Center Stone Oak has concierge care for your entire pregnancy. They went out of their way to help me avoid migraines when I’d come to appointments - turning off lights & fetching unscented hand soap. Joi is super lovely, she makes you feel at home!!! The place is very clean and warm. Unfortunately I was not able to deliver there but I felt very confortable during my checkups, they have books you can bring at home and birth classes are included.
From the very moment we walked into the Stone Oak birthing Center amd met Joi we were sold! Joi just gave off this calm, peaceful and joyful presence that made me feel so comfortable. I ended up giving birth without my husband there, due to military, but Joi was there and made me feel safe amd so cared for! I so desperately wish I could have all my babies at the birthing center, with Joi as my midwife, and highly recommend anyone who is pregnant go see them! My first experience at Stone Oak Birth Center is one I’ll never forget. I shared my previous birth experience at a different facility and cried with Joi who at that time was a “stranger”. She was warm and kind and explained to me what happened and how it was preventable this time. The alternative birthing setting paired with great next door neighbor-like midwives makes the ideal combination of both comfort, care and cooperative pregnancy experience. Having been in a hospital setting before, being at Birth Center Stone Oak, definitely makes me feel more at ease and at home.
Haven't given birth here yet but I've been seeing Lisa White for prenatal care and I have to say I LOVE this center. Everyone is so wonderful and welcoming, I can't wait to give birth here!
