Attended Lucy & Mel's birthing class at Beattie St Health Studio -- an absolute must for any first time parents. Empowering, calming, and just so valuable getting on the same page as my partner. It was very holistic with lots of information on both medical and non-medical pain relief & induction methods. Couldn't recommend it more highly!

As first time parents, my husband and I found this workshop to be incredibly informative and interesting. We learnt a lot about what to expect both for the birth and the fourth trimester. Both Lucy and Kristin were super personable, positive and knowledgable. We were grateful not to have to engage in the cringey type activities we have seen in 'birthing classes' in the movies! Thank you so much Lucy and Kristin - highly reccomend these workshops for anyone expecting who wants honest and positive info! :)
Lucy is amazing. Her class was highly informative, and afterward, she was happy to answer any questions as our circumstances changed. This has been incredibly valuable and reassuring. Lucy is super supportive of your goals, and she brings a wealth of knowledge that made my partner and me feel so comfortable with the process.
We did the Birth & Beyond birthing class in Manly (taught by an highly experienced mid-wife) and it was awesome! Super educational and insightful, with a really relaxed vibe where we could ask anything. They covered everything - contractions, what to expect at the hospital, pain relief options, and how interventions can unfold. As a pretty clueless dad-to-be, I left feeling heaps more confident and prepared for what’s ahead. Highly recommend it to any expecting parents!
