Birth & Beyond Education was born in 2019 to act as a platform to provide education and guidance beyond a hospital setting and into the community, preparing couples for the journey into parenthood. Childbirth is both personal and unpredictable and we provide evidence-based information, leaving couples confident to take control of their birthing experience, and feeling prepared no matter the experience on the day.

Lucy and Kristin run a seriously informative, interactive and engaging operation at Birth & Beyond Education. My husband and I recently attended the Positive Birth and Fourth Trimester and Feeding workshops hosted by Birth and Beyond Education, and we can't recommend it enough! My partner and I had a great time at Lucy and Kristen's classes. Despite working in the medical field we still had a lot of unknowns and anxieties about the birth process which these classes helped immensely with. Lucy is an engaging & entertaining educator, and we really appreciated her matter of fact, evidence-based and non-judgemental advice and opinions, backed by many years of experience. Would highly recommend!
As a midwife myself I found choosing a birth course to suit both my husband and I a bit tricky, but Lucy’s birth course ticked all our boxes and was filled with realistic and practical information and advice that we will both take into our birth experience.
