We attended Lucy's positive birth class at 34 weeks and it was highly engaging, educational, and data driven. I would highly recommend to all mums to be!
Lucy was fantastic! My partner and I learned so much and we feel so much more prepared and excited for the birth of our child - highly recommend!
My husband and I went along to the c-section and fourth trimester classes and they were excellent. Informative with plenty of practical advice, Lucy was super patient and kind and put our minds at ease. Definitely worth going if you’re expecting! You’ll feel prepped!!!!
Attending Lucy and Mel's classes in Balmain was relaxed, reassuring and empowering. Not only for me but for my husband too. I know as a midwife myself I benefited from being able to comfortably step out of midwife brain and step into mum brain and put all the knowledge gained together to use. My husband especially appreciated bringing everything he has learnt through pregnancy come together in this class. We enjoyed the meditation, massage and breathing techniques provided by Mel. If you’re looking for a birthing class, you have to choose this one with Lucy! It was so incredibly informative and engaging without being overwhelming. Lucy is so incredible and what she does and this class was just 10/10.
