Right now, I am very angry with their business tactics. I live in one of the Caritas mobile home parks that they manage and with no forewarning they have included many additional fees on our monthly billing, several that are suspect. They count on the fact that most of the homeowners in this park are unable to afford lawyers to fight these unethical practices. Shameful on their part and representative of the worst cutthroat money grubbing practices.
Horrible company that doesn’t follow fair housing laws and discriminates against people that have to work in what’s supposed to be an all age living park. Can not find on bbb
