Food is good but they always seem to close early. Time says closes 9pm I arrive 8pm they’re closed, should update times on Google. Has happened multiple times
My wife and I were visiting Seatac and wanted to get a quick lunch. We found this place online. We took an Uber there thinking it was a sit down restaurant. We were surprised to find it was a food truck but we decided to eat there anyway. The birria tacos were amazing. We especially liked the consom� because it was salted just right. We have had consom� elsewhere that was too salty. This one we could eat like soup.
