Came to order during business hours and they just weren't open?
We have eaten at Birrieria PDX many times this is a first for the one on 99&99. I always order the quesabirrieria when I got it it wasn't cut it was one big quesadilla no cheese on it and plenty of red onions. When i used my husband's pocket knife to cut it the underside was completely soggy and fell apart when I picked it up a total mess. My husband ordered the nachos when he opened them there was so much liquid at the bottom all the chips were soggy. He said it was like eating a tortilla soup.
