Best Birria in Chicago – Birrieria De La Torre used to be a small Mexican food joint. Recently, the original spot was converted in a full kitchen and the building next door was merged to expand the restaurant. The service is excellent here. All the waitresses are very attentive and friendly. The food is top-notch and their specialty is goat stew. I had the Consome De Birria (Goat Stew consommé) which was superb.
