Yale is comfortable to be around, and good at kindly giving feedback especially when my ideas might not be the best. Yet he will do what you ask. He kept us clearly informed on expenses. He encouraged us to get things picked out and ordered so the items would be ready when needed. We are so grateful when the plans had a sunroom and he explained why he thought it wasn't a good idea. I am so happy we found Yale Biron to renovate our rental home on Canyon Lake. We live in Houston and have two homes on Canyon Lake. The one needed a new roof, new decking, and paint. I started calling three different businesses to do each job…almost impossible long distance. Then we were given Yales number. Within two week he had a crew complete all three jobs! I was so impressed by his professionalism. Now we are thinking of having him build our new home! Highly recommend Yale Biron!

Mr.Biron has been the contractor on 5 different jobs on a vacation home of ours on Canyon Lake. We have been very pleased with his attention to details and quality of work we received. He has done what he said he would and when he said he would have it done, which is difficult to find in todays construction market. I fully recommend Biron Builders.
