Got my hair done here and had a great experience. I asked for a balayage and got exactly what I wanted with the proper care and the proper treatment so that I was able to walk out with healthier hair that I had prior to bleaching. I know there’s not a lot of reviews for bleaching on here and it’s mostly for cuts so I wanted to share my perspective. Hair treatments are amazing customer service is great and you leave feeling like a Queen! First review: was my first time and I loved it! She was amazing in cutting my hair and blow drying. I honestly wasn’t going to post a public review bc I felt bad but 24 hours later and having attempted my own styling, I could honestly cry from the botched haircut I received at this business. I am so uncomfortable in public bc of how she cut my hair and I don’t want anyone else to go through this. I asked for a trim and said clearly no more than 1/2 an inch off the ends.
