I urge you not to go to this ENT. He caused severe harm to my son when he made the incision for the tube in his right ear too large. Then for over a year, he refused to graft the hole he caused which has led to abnormal hearing ever since. He will forever have hearing loss due to this.
I called to book an appointment for my infant based off a referral from her doctor. They couldn’t see her until a month out. They asked for our insurance information on that initial call and I provided it to them and they confirmed they took our insurance. We go to the appointment a Month later only for them to tell us they don’t take our insurance. Not only did I wait one month for this appointment, but now my daughters medical condition has to go without care for even longer until we can get an appt with another doctor all... read more
