Ms. Birnbaum does not possess the customer service gene, and she is always in a hurry. She has too many cases and not enough time. In other words, her business' focus is on making money NOT delivering value. On July 23 2024 I received the following email from Birnbaum Law: “We will also set up a good date/time for you to pick up your physical file as well.” I didn’t received any further communication from the law office. On Oct 28 I contacted them to retrieve my file. I was given a file that I was told was complete. I opened it and quickly noted that it was missing many critical documents - and that the notes made by the law office were inaccurate and riddled with errors.
