I lived in these apartment from 2011 to 2012 and there were pros and cons as with any apartment complex: Pro’s: Staff was quick to respond to maintenance request Apartment is located in a good school district Rent is affordable Amenities such as gym Easy access to highways and turnpike Con’s: The parking lot is usually hard to get out of during winter weather People who don’t live at the complex utilize the pool, and the pool water isn’t drained every year. Apartment building smells. No one cleans up after their pets & there is dog dirt & garbage (including chicken bones & glass) all over the place outside. Have notified management, but nothing changes. Have filed multiple noise complaints, but nothing is ever done about them. Floors & walls are paper thin- I can hear EVERYTHING that my neighbors are doing. Horrible Apt Complex – This apartment complex is the worst we have ever lived in. We have made over four noise complaints to the administrative office and were told there was nothing that would be done about it. The apartment buildings are dirty and run down, the laundry room is filled with mold, and when the power goes out there are no safety lights-it is pitch black in all hallways when power is out-unsafe and unresolved when told to management. Worst Apartments In Monroeville – I have been trying to leave these apartments for a while but am trapped in a lease. Some of the apartments have up to seven people living in them working for Direct T.V. with multiple vehicles taking up all of the parking. The outside door has been broken for months and is still not fixed. I would strongly recommend rethinking living there.
