If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t show up late within a 10 minute window or they won’t see you. Staff is absolutely rude and not accommodating. I guess they forget some of us are single parents with a life outside of their “strict” schedule. Dr Fred is a fantastic guy, it’s a shame he has such a terribly pissed off clerical staff. I won’t be returning. It’s not the same place it used to be.
I’ve been going to Dr. Birmingham for over 20 years. I think he is great and his staff is very friendly and accommodating. He is a little more expensive than chain stores, but it is worth it. I highly recommend him!
Wonderful experience. Staff was super sweet and helpful. The doctor was absolutely wonderful, very knowledgeable, and caring. Would recommend this place to anyone! Will be returning in the future!
