I've been trying to call this place for over a week to change my appointment time. Left messages, never get called back. Same thing when I first setup the appointment, it took 4 days for the front desk to call me back to confirm that my insurance was indeed going to cover my visit. I hear they have great counselors but I'll never know because I cannot deal with the tortoise-like pace of the front office.
After trying a few other places, I have loved Birmingham Counseling and Wellness. The counselors are a great fit for me, rates are reasonable, insurance and payment are simple, and making appointments is easy as well. Highly recommended!
