It's best hospital
Under staffed really bad waiting room size of my living room and it seems every patient has 6 family members with them for a sprained wrist
Had to visit the AnE department as I was having very bad chest pains. This was not helped by the very rude receptionist at the from desk. She was very rude shouting at myself and my mother and slammed the complaints form at me when I had asked for one. She needs to be sacked from her job and not be allowed to work in a NHS profession with that attitude.
A&E was not fit for purpose, animals get better treatment, place is disorganised, I was treated on a bench for 2 days, was given IVs in the hallway, had to share drip stands, no IV pumps so fluids where unmetered, no bed till the 3rd day, pain relief was denied, I'm glad a&e has been shut down and moved, place was filthy too.
