I had my rear pumper replaced in this body shop and I asked them to detail clean the car from inside and to send the entire bill to the insurance and they fixed the pumper and they charged the insurance almost $180 for the detailed cleaning as we agreed but it was really bad and not even close to what is called detail cleaning and when I asked them about it they told me we sent it just to the most close detail cleaning shop.
