The cookies. Oh my the cookies. I live in Solvang and one of my sons lives in Boston. I asked him, is there anything you want from Solvang for your birthday? This year it was Birkholm’s cookies. He says: “Ooh thank you... [We] ate through the Birkholms tub in a shamefully short amount of time.”
