Tech Chris Frank was very thorough in checking the motor and all other working parts for the A/C. Then he spent time getting us familiar with the unit thermostat in our new house. Very nice.
Maintenance couldn’t be completed because the system had frozen up, but was very easy to schedule a 2nd visit. Randy is beyond accommodating and so friendly!
Very good at his job found the problem and fixed within 30 minutes!!!!!
