My wife and I had an incredible experience at the Saint Alphonsus Maternity Center. Every single nurse, tech, and staff member treated us with genuine kindness, generosity, and a level of attentiveness that honestly blew us away. They didn’t just provide care — they anticipated it, adapted it, and delivered it with the kind of cheerful energy you normally only see from people handing out waffle fries. L and d nurses were the best, but postpartum nurses were terrible. Postpartum was full of incompetent nurses who were pushy, argumentative and controlling. Doctors were decent, our primary ob was by far the best we could ask for, but it was a terrible experience due to the environment and nursing staff. Nurses were giving conflicting information and they did not provide any education. They did not check on the baby frequently enough. El edificio está hasta el fondo de los demás edificios del mismo hospital . Cuando llegas hay un monitor para darte acceso a el pues debes de pedir el acceso a ellos está entre las dos puestas corredizas de cristal del lado derecho luego se ve el monitor con camara entre las dos puertas, cuando llegamos no había nadie en la planta baja, hay una recepción pero ese día no había nadie así que preguntamos y nos dijeron que para maternidad era el lugar dónde nos dirigíamos estaba en el segundo nivel tomamos el elevador al segundo... read more

I just had my daughter here a couple days ago. The staff were all so wonderful and kind to all of us, and so thorough. The doctors were knowledgeable and took the time to explain tests and reasons behind them, the nurses treat you like you're one of the family, and their CNA's are absolute rockstars. Thank you, St. Al's for an incredible labor and delivery experience!
