I left my visit feeling very informed and confident in the exam that was performed.
I’ve had hearing loss for years and decided it was finally time to get it checked. Found this office after they received a Normy award in the local paper. Dr. Knolhoff takes her time and listens. The hearing test is thorough and results are explained in depth. Device options are discussed in multiple price points. My first experience at Birkdale Audiology was with Dr. Kelly Knolhoff. It was to fit my 3d party purchased hearing aids. I was very impressed by the throughness of the experience. Kelly took as much time as necessary to explain each step of the procedure to me and answered all of my questions. She is a very personable Dr. and I was throughly impressed with the total experience. I will be going to her exclusively as I go down the hearing aid learning experience road!
