I had a fantastic experience with Dr Dana Katulak. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and thorough through the entire visit. She took time to explain each step of the process, answered all my questions clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable. It's rare to fine such a blend of expertise and genuine care, and I truly appreciated how attentive she was to my concerns. I highly recommend Birkdale audiology and Dr Dana to anyone looking for an audiologist - they do an outstanding job!
