Great salon with amazing stylists!!!!! – I've been going there for a couple of months now and this salon has become my regular place to get my hair done at. Kaylie Sharbaugh does an amazing job at coloring and cutting my hair, I always leave satisfied with what she does to it. I highly recommend this salon to anyone thats looking for a nice atmosphere, great stylists and services that are a decent price. OVERALL GREAT PLACE TO GET YOUR HAIR DONE AT!!!!
HORRIBLE- I will not go back!!! – The stylist practically pulled out half of my hair They yelled across the salon The hair color did not measure up to ANY salon I have been to Very unprofessional! The customer service was awful- when I am paying $145 for a cut and color I expect a great experience and an excellent cut and color- I did not receive either. There are a lot of reviews on here because they practically beg you to write a review and you receive a discount. Needless to say, I will not go back!!

Great Salon!! – I have been to both Kristy and Sarah and they are both great!! They keep the color that you like in the computer so it comes out perfect everytime! Its hard for me to find a stylist that can get the color I want and style my hair the way I like it! Everyone that works there is extremely nice too! It is worth driving 30 minutes to get my hair done here!!
Sarah is awesome!!!! – My first appointment at Haircolorxperts was last December with Sarah. I was new to the city and desperately looking for a stylist that I could trust with my hair. From the moment I met her, Sarah straightaway put me at ease and definitely delivered on the results. My hair is not easy, it is very thick, long and streaked with grey. Hidden jewel in Birkdale – I'm so excited to have found Haircolorxperts in Birkdale. The salon is so easy to work with and everyone is so friendly and warm. Jackie is wonderful!! Always a Great Experience – Marcia R. has been doing my hair for almost 10 years. She started out as my hair stylist and I now consider her a great friend. I have followed her from salon to salon in the early days driving from Pineville to Mooresville at one point in time. I have never had a bad haircut, style or color with Marcia. I always leave feeling like a Million dollars! She is the best! The salon itself is also a great place. Everyone is friendly and upbeat. I look forward to my appointment every 8 weeks!
BEST HAIR SALON – KAYLIE DID MY HAIR AT THE SALON. I HONESTLY CAME IN AND KNEW THAT I WANTED LAYERS AND I WANTED RED COLOR PUT IN MY HAIR. I LEFT THE REST UP TO HER ON HOW SHE WANTED TO STYLE IT AND COLOR IT. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH HER WORK. SHE WAS VERY NICE AND KNEW EXACTLY WHAT SHE WAS DOING. Great, reliable haircuts – I have used this salon for years now for haircuts and have never been disappointed. My last haircut was with Marcia was my favorite so far. She was helpful in giving me multiple ways to style the haircut she had given me, and really listened to what I wanted. I'll be using her again!
Abigail was wonderful!! – After moving to the area from hometown of 28 years I was so nervous about finding someone to do my hair. I was so use to the lady that cut my hair at home that I never worried about it being messed up or being unhappy with it. Abigail was highly recommended to me from a friend.
