Replaced both hips 6 months apart. Everything went as described and results are great.

I had an initial appointment for assessment with x-rays. It was agreed surgery was the best option. Another appointment was required to set up surgery. Soonest available - two weeks. I took half a day off work, drove 50 minutes; was at my 2:30 appointment by 2:25. By 3:15 I still was not called in and went to inquire why I had been kept waiting. Had knee replacement on both knees 2007 with 2 years interval. Dr Chokshi did an outstanding job and was very pleasant and accommodating. I am now of age 86 and have had no problem with my knees.
Waited over a month for an appointment. When I arrived and checked in I was never told that he was going to be a few hours late..I found out talking to the others in the waiting room who had been there for hours that this was so. I asked the receptionist if this was true and was then told it would be that long and that there were 6 patients ahead of me! Dr Chokshi did both of my knee replacements(at different times). Impressed with his manner and expertise Postop recovery went well with no complications. Also was happy with care provided by Windham hospital.
