They are awful. I wouldn't recommend them at all. I leased with them for two years never missed a payment and always on time. I wanted to terminate the lease early because I got married. They asked for me to pay an additional $1700 for this. (to market the property) ok I agreed. I had to call them to ask why the sign hadn't been put up? That response took about 10 calls to them and a few emails until it was finally done. They told me I couldn't cancel utilities and continue to pay for them. Our experience with BIRDY Rental Management in San Antonio was extremely disappointing. The screening process felt excessive and intrusive, far beyond a standard rental application. In addition to application fees, we were required to enroll in multiple third-party programs presented as mandatory — significantly increasing costs.
