Moving into a new home came with more issues than I expected, but the property management company has handled everything very well. Zandra Mojica is extremely hard to work with. I have asked her the same question 4 times in a row without getting an answer. I have had 3 properties with Bidry for the last 7 years and it seems like the customer service is getting worse and worse
I would not recommend this property. From the time I moved in until the day I moved out, there was mold in my bathroom that was never properly addressed despite my concerns. Living with mold was frustrating and made me question whether management truly cared about providing a safe and healthy living environment. I had a very disappointing experience with this property management company. I was presented with charges that I believe are inaccurate and unjustified. Instead of receiving a clear explanation and supporting documentation, I was left feeling like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. Horrible horrible experience . 1) they never fix anything when u put in work orders.. the management cancel them all. 2) am renting and all places I ever rented fix all damages or issues I have when I move in well not BIRDY PROPERTY, they personally charge you for anything .. even for maintenance request which is sooo wrong that’s why am renting not buying the whole reason .
