Not the worst and not the best. You can shop around for better property managers. This one kept nickel-and-diming me, so I had to leave them and go our separate ways. I'm glad I was able to scrape them off my boot and find a new property management company that is more reasonable, has better fees, and is transparent.
My showing was cancelled 4 times. I traveled from another city to visit houses, tried calling, no answer, schedule online showings, just to get cancelled time and time again.
Cheyenne was SUPER at responding to me with the information I requested to make my rent payment . Others I reached out to had poor customer service and left me without a response for a long time . SUPER AWSOME JOB Cheyenne !!!! Stars are for her service alone 🩵
Worst experience I've ever had with a rental property. Constantly inspecting home and finding reasons to distribute a fee. Leased property infested with ants and wanted to charge me to spray the first month. When I left the owners mail on counter I was charged a fee to remove mail. Thank goodness I am away from Birdy. Renters beware.
