I love the gym and the people in my various classes, but the owners need to communicate a little bit better, I am still waiting to hear from one of them. Birdtown Strength clearly has made a difference in my life very positively, but I am waiting to discuss some issues, and will update this review as events unfold
The coaches are all great and really look out for you to make sure you are not going to hurt yourself. They also do a great job of building community and highlighting each athlete.
So let me start of by saying that I actually, from the bottom of my heart, love this gym. I will admit though that at first I was skeptical, solely based on what I've heard about cross-training gyms. I figured there would be some meat heads and alot of judging, but I was so so wrong.
