Apartments are pretty nice
We’ve been living at BirdTown Flats for four years. We love our apartment, the property, the location, the managers, and service.
I’ve lived here since July 2022, and I absolutely love it. I’ve moved around a lot, but this is by far my favorite apartment. It’s clean, comfortable, and has a great community vibe. Management is fantastic—Alyssa from the office is always friendly and quick to respond, and Jeff from maintenance is amazing, fixing issues right away. I’ve lived in two different units here.
