The new owner of Birdsong Company, *******************************, has done great work for me and for my friends. There is no one I would trust more to deliver timely and fairly priced service. Could not recommend more highly.

It happened on a Saturday when I discovered that my garage door wouldn't open. I tried both the opener on the wall and the handheld device and neither of them would work. I called their office and was advised that an after normal business hours service call is $326. If I could wait until a weekday, it would be about half that amount. I explained that my wife had early morning hospital appointment and we couldn't wait until the weekdays. I got a quote from their salesman Jerry G (nice guy) for a new garage door. When i called to schedule the installation DAVE ****took my 50% down payment and 45 minutes later voided the transaction and wanted to re-negotiate to a higher price. I will not be using any services from Birdsong Garage Door Co and i hope this is a warning to anyone who wants to use them

Excellent service, prompt, professional, affordable. I would very highly recommend Birdsong Garage Door Company of St. Louis, 63134, for garage door issues. I contacted this Company at 8:30 in the evening, right after the garage door cables broke, it was already dark... the repair was arranged for the morning, although I did ask if after hours repair was possible - immediate, evening repair was possible, available - service call price for immediate show up in the evening quoted up-front. I was incredibly pleased with my entire experience with Birdsong. I called several companies that were accredited on the BBB and decided to go with Birdsong for the removal of my garage door. The office staff was always very pleasant, they were able to provide a bid from my description/information which saved us both time. THEY OVER CHARGE FOR THERE SERVICES! THEY FIX MY GATE IN 5 MINUTES AND CHARGED ME $200,00, I WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

The technician, Dale, was professional and polite. He replaced a cable for the garage door, and showed me that the other cable might be replaced. He patiently described what he was doing, and what I could do in the future to identify problems before they made the garage door inoperable. He did not push me to buy unneeded services.
