Great the house we got in was nice and clean just. When you check the house when you go look at it look for all the defects and when you are filling out application you can fill out the part that ask what you found and what you want fix or added such as fridge you can write it down. But I like these properties because they are in expensive compare to other rental companies. Highly recommend. Another thing always ask how long has it been on list to rent them you can be sure what you ask to be fix or added they will do it.
