Bird's is the best. Honest and knowledgeable. The only problem I have with them is I want a new car but they keep fixing my old one! You don't see a lot of 17yr old Ford SUVs on the roads these days and it's only because of the TLC she gets at Bird's.
I worked there about 10 years ago as a AAA tow truck driver. This company will hire ANYBODY to drive a tow truck, including a registered Megan’s Law offender. They claim to do background checks on employees, they don’t. If your family is on the side of the road in a desolate area, I recommend anybody but them.
RecommendedI was broken down on the side of the road and the North Hanover police came to help and they called Birds and he went out of his way to help us. Awesome guy and so thankful for him and the men in blue this night....especially Officer Palimi.

I worked here for a short while about 6 years ago. I got fired when putting in my 2 weeks notice. Bill Bird wanted me to quit when I told him I didn’t feel comfortable working with the child molester tow truck operators he employed since they always seemed to want to share pornography with me. Bill used to tell me to deal with it.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews (good or bad) But we will forever go to Bird’s, well as long as we are stationed here in New Jersey, and I will recommend them to anyone with car problems. We have went to them twice now, both times they got my car in and out so fast I couldn’t believe it. They only fix what’s wrong and don’t try to charge you for stuff that doesn’t need to be done (like most places) Plus the customer service is beyond amazing. They definitely go above and beyond. Thank you so much!
