Although my ATV wasn't finished on the day it was promised to be, it was completely out of their control. Things happen. They did get it finished the next day, and returned it to me the day after that. Just in time for us to enjoy it on our vacation! The staff was great and the pickup and drop off service is very helpful! Thank you!
DO NOT USE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Our 2019 CFMOTO suffered a catastrophic engine failure that is covered under warranty. We dropped the machine off months ago and received little to no communication throughout the process. Numerous phone calls went unanswered, and when we finally received a response, we were told that the dealership had fired their service advisor and that, because of that, nothing had been done beyond the initial diagnostic inspect... read more
