Got in the shop and John was swift to come help me. He introduced me to Jubilee after talking about my level of bird experience. After about 10 minutes Jubilee was playing with me and comfortable letting me handle him. I took him home with a great cage and some pellets. All my questions were answered and it was a great experience. What a wonderful addition to our family Jubilee is!
No one knows more about birds than Nancy, or has a real love of them like she does. You can't get your birds trimmed anywhere for this price. Her fresh seed is the best out there. She hand raised my absolute favorite pet from hatching. Great place.
IV had wonderful luck here I'm a breeder of many kinds of birds and I know how I like to be treated and they sure know how to treat customers they are GREAT If I call ahead they are sure to have what I called for ready by the time I get there you don't ever have to wait for help there is many people there and check on you frequently to see if your ready to check out or need assistance.
Super nice people work here. I took my parakeet for a trim. Nancy knows her stuff! It's better than a trip to the zoo if you want to see all kinds of birds.
They are knowledgeable and friendly with a great selection of products.
I've been going here for years! This place is the best bird store in Wichita. The family is so knowledgeable about Birds and everything about Birds. I love this place!
