Nancy Angela and John are always. Amazing. They have been great to us since day one even when we weren’t sure what was what. We have adopted a beautiful blue and gold. Mafingo. Been with us over a year he is spoiled as well as the rest of our small flock. And as far as the stores birds take in mind I may not spell it right but Rafikki is my favorite. An amazing African grey. Highly recommend the store and people from the store
I've bought birds before from them and I like the why they keep it clean every birds cage . healthy birds and they have everything u need for your cages and birds love goin to this store .100% recommend
I went to Birds of Paradise on a recommendation looking for a cockatiel, these folks do a wonderful job with their birds. They are knowledgeable and helpful. I live four hours away from them but still made the trip because they came so highly recommended and it was worth it. My bird, Juno, is a sweetheart, he is tame and very friendly thanks to the care he received in his early days. If you are looking for a quietly person to deal with use these guys, they are great!

I absolutely love this store. They are kind, knowledgeable people who genuinely make you feel welcome. They offer advice without making you feel like an idiot, cause sometimes I am one! my children love the store, and the employees. Great place, great prices, great people!!!

wonderful staff, beautiful birds a wide variety of food and toys.
Nail trimming & wings clipped with care. They even have given me bird First Aid info over the phone a couple times - they're knowledgeable and caring! (They are not a vet clinic, it was first aid info for a cut wing and foot)
